We do our best to ensure that our website is available 24 hours a day, however we shall not be liable if for any reason it is unavailable at any time or for any period.
We give no warranties as to the availability, performance or accessibility of the website. Access to this website may be suspended temporarily and without notice at our discretion including without limit in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond our control.
The content of the pages of this website is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice. Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable.
It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.

It is so simple to make a purchase from the R&B Sporting website. Simply follow the onscreen prompts and add your chosen item(s) to the Cart. You will have an opportunity to check and correct any input errors in your Cart up until the point at which you click Proceed to Checkout. If you have made a mistake and cannot correct it please contact us and we will correct it for you.
Once you have paid you will receive an email to confirm we have received the order. This does not indicate a contract between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order and therefore a contract between us, when we email you an invoice. This term is included to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply particular product for some reason.
You will receive an email when your order is being processed and once your order has been completed and your products are being despatched to you we will send you a final email to confirm.
Each email will detail your order reference and details of the product(s) you have ordered.
We always aim to give accurate stock information on the website, however occasionally products you order may not be available. If this happens we will cancel your order and send you an email to confirm the cancellation. Any sum debited by us from your debit/credit or online merchant account will be refunded in full.
Pricing on the R&B Sporting website may vary from the R&B Sporting Ltd Retail Shop prices. All online promotions, bundles, offers and discounts apply to the website only and do not apply to our retail outlet.
The prices of products advertised for sale on the website are as set out on the site, errors and omissions excepted. All prices are in pounds sterling, inclusive of VAT at the current rates, but excluding delivery charges.
In the unlikely event that the price of an item has been incorrectly advertised on our website, we will usually contact you to ask whether you wish to proceed with your order at the correct price.
If you are not happy to proceed, or we are unable to obtain your instructions, we will cancel your order and refund any sum debited by us from your debit/credit card or online payment merchant.
We cannot accept your order until you have paid for it in full.
You can pay by all major credit or debit cards or Paypal.
Payment will be charged after submitting your order by proceeding to Checkout and following all instructions.
All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation and fraud checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not accept your order. We are not responsible for any charges issued to you by your card as a result of processing your credit/debit card payment in accordance with your order.
You authorise us to debit your nominated payment card to recover all charges and amounts due and owing to us.
Delivery charges or details of Free Delivery will be clearly set out when you place your order and will be added to the total amount due once you have selected a delivery service from the options available. Prices and delivery charges displayed are valid and effective only in the United Kingdom.
We currently deliver to the UK mainland, including the Scottish Highlands and Islands and Northern Ireland. Certain deliveries may require a signature to confirm receipt.
International deliveries can sometimes be fulfilled on request, please contact us directly to find out more information.
We do not ship to PO Box addresses.
We will use reasonable endeavours to deliver the products you have ordered as soon as possible after your order is accepted by us.
If the goods are not available for delivery within 30 days of being ordered you shall be entitled to cancel your order and receive a full refund of any monies paid.
We will advise you by email if there is likely to be a delay in despatching your order.
If you order two or more items from us and one of those items is not in stock, we will contact you (using the details you provide to us when ordering or in your Site account) to discuss changes to your order. There will be no extra postal charges for orders where delayed items are sent separately.
Once delivered (or collected), the products ordered will become your property (provided they have been paid for in full) and your responsibility. Except in relation to products that are damaged or faulty when delivered or which have been incorrectly delivered, we will not accept any liability for their loss, damage or destruction after they have been delivered.
You may cancel your order (or any part of it) at any stage before it is delivered to you. However, please note it may not be possible to stop despatch of the products and you will then have to return the products in accordance with the points set out below.
You may cancel the order by email, phone or post.
All items must be returned to us within 14 days of you cancelling your order.
Unless items are damaged or faulty when delivered, you may only cancel your order if:
i) The product is as new, unused, undamaged and still in original sealed packaging
ii) In the case of clothing the item(s) must be as new, in a saleable condition, unused
We offer your standard rights. We will be happy to refund or exchange items which are returned to us within 7 days of purchase, providing they have not been used or worn. Please return goods to:

It is important to note that unless the return is due to a product fault or error we do not refund postage costs. Postage will be charged on any goods we send out in exchange.
Damaged or Faulty Products
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In the unlikely event that any product you purchase is damaged or faulty when delivered to you, or is not what you ordered, we may offer a repair, exchange or refund as appropriate and in accordance with your legal rights. Please contact us straight away.
Our policy on damaged and faulty products does not affect your statutory rights.
PayPal normally takes 3-4 working days
Card refunds vary depending on banks but are usually within 3-4 days or around 7 days during busy periods.
We reserve the right not to supply any age-restricted product where we reasonably believe that a customer is below the relevant minimum age.
Any person ordering a product for a third party hereby certifies the intended recipient of the order is of the appropriate age.
